Located in Greenpoint, Pigalle is an old ice-rink transformed into a stunning 300 seater restaurant that exudes elegance and glamour in every aspect. Renowned as the perfect venue for a stylish evening out, Pigalle has a spacious dance floor and a live band playing every evening.
The restaurant is elegantly decorated with spectacular chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and dramatic red and black upholstery and luxurious carpeting. The walls are mostly painted white, however some are ruby red to create the perfect backdrop for the large 30’s styled prints which adds a hint of excitement to the elegant décor.
Pigalle’s menu is straight forward and approachable and focuses on seafood and Portuguese specialities. Their shellfish and seafood platters have tried and tested recipes to ensure they are cooked to perfection, and are highly recommended. Their Portuguese styled meat and poultry dishes are also divine and with their specialities being their Duck Mandrain with a grand Marnier Sauce and their spatchcock Baby Chicken Peri Peri.
To complement their menu, Pigalle also has a carefully selected wine list, including prestige rosés from oversees and popular South African wines. Their bar also boasts a range speciality cocktails and spirits, and invites guest to enjoy a pre-drink at the bar while waiting to be seated.
