A mere 40-minute drive from Cape Town, you’ll find the luscious Diemersdal Estate, in the heart of Durbanville wine country. The restaurant has been brought to life by the Louw family (six generations deep), who have restored an old stable to provide a tranquil country ambience. Captained by French-trained chef Martin De Kock, the farm eatery serves a delightful array of dishes that incorporate flavours of Provence, Spain and even Asia.
