Sleepy Hollow was established in 1975 and is the oldest operating horse riding business in the Noordhoek Valley. Blessed with the perfect location at the foot of the world renowned scenic Chapman’s Peak, Sleepy Hollow is a must.
They offer beach trips, bush trails, pony rides, pony parties, as well as horse riding lessons. On their rides you pass through wetlands with indigenous birds, ride over dunes and along the beach, and visit the Kakapo Shipwreck, all with stunning views of Chapman’s Peak and the Noordhoek Beach.
Their horses are superbly trained and rider friendly, allowing riders of all experience levels to participate in their rides. Riders however must be between the age of 6 to 65 years, depending on the type of ride and availability of horses or ponies. Riders are also not allowed to weigh more than 95km, be pregnant, had an recent operation or any other medical condition that may be deemed unsafe to ride (if you are unsure contact them on 021 789 2341 or firstname.lastname@example.org).
